MasFood Instant Crispy Cereal Flour For Chicken Nugget

(A) Crispy Flour :

Flour , Salt, Rice Flour, Corn Flour , Black Pepper, Baking Powder, Chilli Powder and Spices Mix.

(B) Instant Mix :

Cereal Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Sugar, Salt, and Spices Mix.

 

500g Chicken Meat, a Few Curry Leaves, ? thsp. Butter.

 

1. Clean Chicken Meat, cut it to smaller pieces and drain . Add (A) Crispy Flour in chicken meat and mix well.

2. Heat up half a pot of oil and deep fry pieces chicken meat fillet until golden brown, remove and drain.

3. Discard oil, clean wok, Over low heat, add ? thsp butter. Add curry leaves, stir-fry until fragrant. Add in chicken meats and mix well. Finally switch off gas, add in (B) Instant Mix to mix well..

*Also can add chilli.
