Serving Suggestions: (for 2 servings)

1) Meat, Pork or chicken cut into pieces 200 g.  Cook in vetgetable oil 1-2 tbsps.  Until brown.  Add Chili with Basil Leaves 2-3 tbsps.  Stir well.  Serve with Jasmine Rice

2) Or Mix with Mussel or Other Seafoods (Squid, Prawns, Fish as Stir Fried Sauce)

Spicy, Versatile and Delicious!

I was introduced to Pad Kapao by a dear coworker in NYC, but was unable to find this product in my local stores until I found Hot Sauce Market .
My family likes a sauteed ground beef/string bean/rice dish, layering cooked rice first, then the veggies, then the beef made with the Pad Kapao. Or use different veggies with the beef or chicken, it's a very versatile sauce.
