Straw mushroom beef stir-fry with black pepper sauce:
In a hot wok, heat oil and stir-fry beef strips with garlic, ginger, bell peppers, and onions. Stir in drained Roland® straw mushroom when the beef is half cooked and season with Roland® black beans sauce, Roland® Soy Sauce, and sugar. Cook until beef is done and serve.
